Keep Pushing!

I've now completed four months on this weigh loss journey. At first, i was disappointhed with the results. I thought that I would have reached the 30 pounds goal, but I only got to 19.4 pounds. But, I got the best encouragement ever...I loss weigh. Hearing someone say, "you are almost 20 pounds less than when you started the year. Keep pushing!" So, I am giving you the same encouragment...."Keep pushing!"

Motivation
I've completed 16% of my weight loss gorl for 2018. The result only motivated me to keep pushing towards my goal. My mental health also improved. I am more relax and smile a little more. Getting to the goal has a lot to do with committment and consistancy. Checking out my weigh in->
